The aim of this project is to train entrepreneurs in WhatsApp business tools for doing business online. The workshops will take place live and online every Friday from April 30th to June 25th. The free sessions last a maximum of 45 minutes and an additional 15 minutes to answer questions.
“Through this program, entrepreneurs and MSMEs develop skills and learn to use WhatsApp business tools to increase sales, position their business, optimize customer service, optimize communications and develop positioning strategies,” he explains. Jorge Corral.
In the nine workshops, entrepreneurs learn why WhatsApp Business is an application with which they can increase their sales. They also learn how to develop an action plan on the platform, create a profile and create attractive content that calls customer service, such as how you can use WhatsApp groups for your company, among other things. Those who complete the entire program will have access to a certificate of attendance issued by ASEM.

WhatsApp Friday arrives in Colombia
After the good results in Mexico from June 4th, the program will be repeated in Colombia in collaboration with WhatsApp, the Latin American s Association (ASELA) and the Colombian s Association (ASEC).
