The President of the Penal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Cuba, Otto Molina, has detailed that 421 of the 6,579 prisoners were released after benefiting from changes in the precautionary measures that kept them in prison.

“After reviewing the acts that have passed to us, we find that the person has behaved well, has not made any records, and there is no evidence in the investigations that they will evade the judicial system “said Molina.
