On Wednesday, December 12th, the Crypto Resources Academy from Argentina is offering a webinar on identifying cryptocurrency fraud. The event is free at 7:00 p.m. (GMT-3). Interested parties can register here.
“Unfortunately, fraud or fraud in the crypto ecosystem is becoming more common,” said the organizers.
“This, as in other areas, is due on the one hand to the lack of information from people and on the other hand to the growing ingenuity of scammers to deceive,” they later added.
In light of this, they decided to carry out A new virtual meeting that explains how to detect fraud and what considerations must be made to prevent it.
Julián Drangosch, an electrical engineer with a degree from UTN.BA., is responsible for the interview.. He is currently working as an independent specialist for detailed engineering at the transformer stations “El Colorado”, “Rincón Santa María” and “Bahía Blanca”. Since 2008 he has been teaching several subjects at the universities of UTN, FRBA and Austral.
The moderation is led by the economist Jorgelina Echavarría.
“The more knowledge you have, the more precautionary measures you can take and the less likely they will be kidding you,” noted the organizers.
