Colombia exceeded 275,000 cases of coronavirus on Wednesday after registering more than 8,500 more, representing more than 9,000 deaths from COVID-19.
In particular, after the balance offered by the Colombian Ministry of Health, 8,670 new positives were verified in the last 24 hours, so that the global calculation is 276,055.
Regarding the deaths, health authorities have reported that 9,454 have already been registered, 380 more than the previous day.
By region, Bogotá remains the most affected, confirming 95,199 cases. Behind them are Atlántico with 50.732 and Valle del Cauca with 23.114.
