The Colombian Ministry of Health reported this Friday that a total of 3,777 people have died from the coronavirus in the country, while the infections have already exceeded 109,000.
In particular, health authorities have verified another 136 deaths in the past 24 hours, while 3,395 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered, bringing the global balance to 109,505 positive values.
By region, Bogotá is most affected by the coronavirus in Colombia, as it includes 34,131 cases. Behind them are Atlántico with 25,788 and Valle del Cauca with 11,202.
In its assessment, the Colombian Ministry of Health highlighted that 803 people had recovered on the last day, so 45,334 people managed to overcome the disease in the Latin American country. 60,156 cases also remain active.
