Colombia has more than 10,000 coronavirus infections in its daily balance and has already exceeded 11,000 deaths, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.
The data provided by the Colombian health authorities show that 10,199 more COVID-19 infections have been found in the last 24 hours. A total of 327,850 people have been infected in Colombia so far. With regard to deaths from the disease, Colombia confirmed 11,017,367 on the last day.
By region, Bogotá is the Colombian zone most affected by the coronavirus, with a total of 111,294 cases. Atlántico with 54,434 and Valle del Cauca with 27,120 are behind.
The Colombian Ministry of Health has also highlighted that 173,727 people in the Latin American country have already recovered from COVID-19, 6,488 more than the previous day. Conversely, 142,430 cases are still classified as active.
