China endorsed the possibility on Thursday that the World Health Organization (WHO) would send a mission to the country to clarify the origin of the corona virus, which was first discovered in the city of Wuhan.
“China has long supported WHO’s work and has worked with it openly, responsibly, and transparently,” said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying. “China agrees to complete the virus at the right time,” he added.
In parallel, Chunying has criticized the claims made by the government of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who has intensified his speech on China in the context of the coronavirus crisis in recent days to ensure that the disease has its origin. It’s a laboratory in Wuhan.
He has accused the North American country of “making false and untrue comments,” according to the South China Morning Post. “China is against nations like the United States that are politicizing the problem of virus development and pushing for an international assumption of guilt,” he said.
