The Chinese Ministry of Health this Tuesday confirmed 10 new cases of imported coronavirus and 34 asymptomatic cases while not being positively diagnosed for community transmission.
Health officials have said a total of 2,509 imported cases of coronavirus have come from mainland China, of which 2,327 have been discharged after their recovery and 182 remain in hospital, three of which are in severe condition.
In this way, the total number of infections in the country has increased to 85,058, with 216 patients still receiving medical treatment. In addition, 80,208 people have recovered from overcoming the disease and 4,634 have died from the pandemic.
To date, 7,546 people who have had close contact with infected patients are still under medical observation, although 532 more have ended contact in the past 24 hours.
Eventually, Hong Kong raised its balance to 4,810 infections, including 89 deaths, 4,342 of which have already recovered. Macau remains with 46 people infected despite all of them having overcome the disease.
