Build an empire, not a business.

If you want to be timeless, you have to be flexible.

What happens to my business is that when the situation requires a change Business model or expansion, I don’t have to start over. I know the components of my business: outsourcing services, media services, e-commerce, to name just a few. We can be versatile to do what our customers need.

As an entrepreneur, you shouldn’t limit your goals to a small corner business that never grows beyond a single location. Think big like McDonald’s and similar companies found in almost every major city in the world.

Market awareness is vital. It is important to be constantly aware of the changes in your target market and in the global business environment in general and to drive them forward depending on the situation.

Here are tips to help you think big:

Think global

In your opinion, your company should be global and not limited to a small location. If you think globally, you will get ideas and a vision to reach that level.

In fact, your mind is as big (or narrow) as you think. And given today’s global reach, online and offline, there’s no reason not to think globally.

Instead of thinking about doing business in a small town, imagine that you have a branch in every town in the world.

Expand your offers

Don’t limit yourself to just one product or service. Amazon can sell books and agricultural products. Nobody questions it when trying to sell electric cars or anything else. Elon Musk can do space research, electric cars and online payment processing. Why shouldn’t you have the same freedom?

Be present everywhere

The Internet enables you to be in many media and reach industry leaders everywhere. Why shouldn’t you use that? There is no reason not to use almost all social media platforms.

Dont be afraid

Put the shame in a box and close it. No matter how small or seemingly insignificant your company is, don’t let your message get it out to industry leaders around the world.

Deliver more

The way your company is presented must be perfect. If you can make your customers 100% happy, make them 120% happy. If you can deliver 110% results, you deliver 200%.

Get into the business of helping customers

Make your customer’s success your only goal when you offer a service or product. Ask yourself what your customer wants to achieve. And then make sure that what you deliver does it regardless of how much the customer paid or whether you provided the service for free.

Embrace hope

I believe in the power of prayer. Prayer, combined with hope and gratitude, can do things that would not otherwise happen. When I started offering professional services, I prayed that the business would be a success. The whole time. A few years later, I found that my customers were satisfied with the services, and we helped many of them get jobs in multinational companies that I had never thought of at the time.
