The Bolivian Ministry of Health reported that 310 new cases of COVID-19 were found this Monday. This number confirms the downward trend in the numbers the country has been registering for days.
According to the health authorities of the Andean country, 130,986 people are already infected with COVID-19 in Bolivia. In terms of deaths, there are 7,654, 37 more than the previous day.
The Bolivian department of Tarija, which has accumulated the most new infections since last week, has diagnosed 128 of these 310 new cases, according to the ABI news agency.
For their part, health officials have highlighted that 90,240 people in the country have already recovered from COVID-19, while 33,092 cases are still active.
