Beijing has registered seven more cases while the first person infected with the new outbreak leaves the hospital

The Chinese Ministry of Health reported seven new cases of COVID-19 in Beijing alone on Tuesday, which has accumulated 328 cases since June 11, when the new wave of infections was registered in one of the major wholesale markets of the capital, the first of which has already been affected was released.

The 56-year-old bus driver entered the Xinfadi wholesale market on June 3 and suffered from symptoms of illness such as weakness and headache on June 5, according to the Beijing Daily newspaper.

He only went to the hospital on June 12 when his temperature reached 38 degrees Celsius and it was confirmed that he had contracted the disease.

On the other hand, the Chinese Ministry of Health recently registered a total of 19 new cases this Tuesday. In addition to the seven from Beijing, another in Shanghai and another eleven from abroad, Xinhua reports.
