At least three killed in suicide bombing in southern Kabul

At least three people died and eight others were injured in a suicide bombing attack in Chahar Asyab district in southern Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, according to local television station Ariana.

Afghan security forces officials said a suicide bomb attack occurred at around 8:00 am on Wednesday in an area with civilians in Reshjor, Chahar Asyab district.

According to initial estimates, all victims of the attack are civilians. The alleged target of the attack was a barracks for the Department of Defense special forces in the Rishjor region, but the suicide bomber detonated his explosive device prematurely. No group is currently responsible for this suicide bombing.
