MADRID, Nov. 18 (EUROPE PRESS) –
At least four people have died and a dozen have been injured in a shooting in a home in the town of Fresno, in the US state of California, as reported by the local newspaper 'Los Angeles Times'.
Police have indicated that at least ten people have been shot when they were in a house where they had gone to watch a football game.
Policeman Bill Dooley has explained that the shooting has taken place at 6:00 p.m. (local time) in the southeast of the city. Television images show a large police deployment in the affected neighborhood.
Dooley has indicated that a family had met with friends in the courtyard of a house to watch a football game when several “suspects” sneaked into the house and opened fire on the group.
Fresno Police Chief Michael Reid has noted that three men have been declared dead immediately after the scene and that a fourth person has died after being transferred to a hospital. All those affected were men between the ages of 25 and 30.
