At least 15 people were injured in a possible knife attack on a train car in Japan’s capital Tokyo, police sources from the official Japanese agency Kyodo said.
The event occurred near Kokuryo Station. According to the Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper, at least three wagons broke out during the attack.
Police have confirmed the arrest of a man with a knife in his possession and are investigating his alleged connection to the burning of the wagons.
Among those injured is a man in critical condition due to knife wounds, according to the Yomiuri sources, without giving any details.
