Argentina registers 345 new cases of coronavirus and over 7,400 infections

The Argentine government confirmed 345 new cases of coronavirus this Friday, the highest number recorded so far, with the number of infections already reaching 7,479.

Authorities have reported three deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 356.

The city of Buenos Aires was most affected by the latest infections registered. It confirmed 214 new cases and added a total of 2,833.

Of the total number of confirmed cases, 937 are imported from abroad, 3,367 are people who are related to confirmed cases, 2,272 are transmitted locally, while the rest are examined according to the Argentine Ministry of Health.
