An African court orders Tanzania to appeal the results of the president

The African Court of Human Rights and Human Rights instructed Tanzania on Thursday to allow political parties to appeal the results of the presidential election, which is now preventing the country’s constitution.

The Arusha-based Tanzanian court has asked authorities to change Magna Carta to change this situation after a lawyer filed a lawsuit alleging that she violated her rights.

The Tanzanian constitution says that once a candidate is declared a winner by the election commission, “no court should be responsible for choosing that candidate.”

However, the regional court has emphasized that Tanzania “must take the necessary constitutional and legislative measures in a timely manner” to change this article, as the Tanzanian newspaper “The Citizen” reports.
