How can you not exceed the time on your smartphone?

Smartphones are undoubtedly part of our daily life. However, excess is not recommended and time in front of the screen should be limited. According to the United States’ National Sleep Foundation, it is advisable to take 30 minutes of free time off mobile devices before bed.

You can use night mode to reduce the impact of the screen. This option is available on some social networks. It improves sleep and reduces the risk in sight.

With the above in mind, it also makes sense to use applications that allow you to measure the time you spend on your mobile devices and so you can limit it. Now the new phones have a daily and weekly report that shows how much time you spend on them and which applications you use the most.

In the same way, you can turn off the sound of notifications since you grab the phone every time it rings and it stays there for hours. Often times, these notifications are not as important as we think.

Avoid spending a lot of time on social networks these days. When an important task is being performed and you join a social network, time flies by and when you find that you haven’t done anything productive in your day. To prevent this from happening, you can uninstall the applications that are taking a long time. If you want to take advantage of these, enter them from your computer at your leisure.

Place the most important applications on the desktop of your smartphone. That way, you won’t waste a lot of time searching through the application drawers to use them. Eliminate the ones that you don’t use and have the ones that are important to your chores on hand so you are not tempted to use others that are not important to you and only take away valuable time.
