A further 46 people died in France from the corona virus, which registered a total of 29,111 deaths

The French Ministry of Health reported this Friday that 46 more people had died from COVID-19 on the last day, which corresponds to 29,111 deaths in the country since the outbreak of the health crisis.

Of the deaths recorded so far, 18,761 have been reported in hospitals and health centers, while another 10,350 have occurred in nursing homes and day centers. This number has not been updated in the past few days and will be updated on June 9, according to the authorities.

In France, hospital patients continue to decline, already at 12,696, 405 fewer than yesterday, while another 1,094 are still in intensive care, 69 less than on Thursday.

In the past 24 hours, 213 hospitalizations nationwide and a further 13 ICU admissions have been registered nationwide. The regions of Île-de-France, Upper France, Großost and Auvergne-Rhône-Alps continue to be hardest hit.
