How do you deal with these ups and downs and position yourself on a path that leads to a fulfilling and rewarding life?
Start by creating a foundation that will provide you with the knowledge, experience, skills, and information you need to become who you need to be. Learn step by step how to use your talents and build the best life for yourself. Each person will do it a different way, and each will find a way that works for them.
To help you find yours, here is a very basic outline of the things you can do now to achieve the success you will seek for decades to come.
1. Discover what you are passionate about
At 20, you are at the right time to find out who you are and what is important to you. By now you should have big, bold ideas and dreams and use these passions to energize you and move into the future.
What motivates you Which areas catch your attention? This is the decade of your life when you should put your teeth into projects and jobs that are important to you. Find your purpose and fight for your dreams. You may find that your goals and ambitions change over time, but you have to start somewhere. Start big.

Giving up is much easier, doing nothing, relaxing and forgetting about responsibility. Persistence forces you to become insecure and brings you into uncomfortable and challenging situations. You have to get out of your comfort zone. But in the end, it will be persistence that will give you the mindset you need to be successful.
